What counts as a plumbing emergency?
If water is actively damaging your home, sewage is coming back up a drain, or you've lost water or hot water entirely, call us. Those problems get worse by the hour, and the cleanup bill usually ends up larger than the plumbing repair.

What to do before we arrive
- Shut off the main water valve. In most Upstate homes it's in the crawlspace, garage or a meter box near the street.
- For a leaking water heater, turn off its cold supply valve and switch off the breaker (electric) or set the gas valve to pilot.
- Move valuables and electronics away from standing water, and stay out of water near outlets.
- Take a few photos for your insurance company.
